There are many hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue, especially to the south near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and to the east near the Marienplatz. Hotels in the Lehel neighborhood, east of the Marienplatz and right on the border of Munich’s expansive English Garden are charming and affordable. Booking early is advised, as downtown hotels tend to fill up quickly.
